The retired couple spends the summer and winter in the Caribbean and the spring and fall in Pennsylvania. So when they return from Antigua, they look forward to the modern amenities that await them in their 4,000-square-foot urban digs. l “The condo certainly has that ‘wow factor,’ ” Peter says. “I think people enjoy seeing how neat and modern it is.” l Located in the Trimont building and originally comprised of two separate units, the condo has since been consolidated into one, so the Swanns now own the entire floor, complete with private elevators.
